Thank you for visiting East Coast Floor Sanding. I am Tommy Hoey and owner of East Coast Floor Sanding, my very own floor sanding company and services which was established in 2007. Not only have I over 16 years of experience in hardwood Floor Sanding and restoration, but I also have over 20 years of experience in woodworking. You can trust my experience to take care of your hardwood floors. I am based in County Louth and cover all of the North East including Louth, Dublin, Meath, Cavan Monaghan, Down and Armagh. I am a fully trained Floor Sanding and restoration professional, having completed the FITA Floor Sanding course in the UK. I am also qualified in the application of Bona and Junkers Lacquers and Oils. I have sanded and restored all types of floors. I specialise in Floor staining and finishes such as WhiteWash, LimeWash, Nordic, Scandinavian, Grey and Natural finish.

I am happy to advise you on the right products for your floor, whether you have Hardwood, Softwood, Herringbone, Parquet or an Engineered Floor which needs restoring.

People often ask me if floor sanding is a messy job and if there is there a strong smell or odour. The answer every time is absolutely not! East Coast Floor Sanding only uses Dust Free Technology and Odour Free Products. All work is carried out by myself from start to finish and I ensure the work area is clean when I leave your home or premises. This means that you can rest assured that our dust free floor sanding methods will leave your home presentable immediately.

Based in County Louth, we have over 20 years of experience in the wood industry. Having completed the Fita Floor Sanding & Finishing Course, we are also fully trained in the application of Junckers Oils and Lacquers.
